When you are booking a vehicle you might want to know where the driver is and what his current status is. This is when the feature comes in handy.

Can i cancel the ride once it is booked ?

Yes, you can always cancel the ride once it is booked as long as the driver has not reached the location. Once the driver has reached the location and the trip is started then you cannot cancel the booking.

Is the trip fare predictor correct as per the standards ?

In the app all necessary precautions have been taken to follow the standards, the measurement uses the smartphone’s GPS. The admin configures the fare amount as per km/hour for a specific city. Once the trip is completed the fare amount is auto calculated by the app instantly.

What if my city has miles/hr convention ?

This app supports both miles/hr and km/hr standards and it is automatically switched depending on the city you are in.

As an Administrator of the app, what types of vehicles can be listed on the app for the user to book?

It is entirely up to you, the admin. On the admin panel, you can add any types of Vehicles and any number of vehicles on the platform. The user will be shown the category of cars example SEDANS, SUVs, Hatchbacks (you can create these categories on the admin panel) on the app and under which all the cars are listed respectively. When a user selects the category, the request will go to each driver with a car in that particular category. Once he accepts, the user’s ride will be confirmed.

What version of Android is required to install the app ?

You need to have Android version 5 or above to install and use the app.

Is it possible to install the app on iOS ?

Yes there is a version for iOS as well. You need to have iOS 8 or above to install and use the app.

What if the driver is unable to find your location ?

The tracking feature is very efficient, the driver will reach your pickup location efficiently.

Can i order a vehicle other than that which is provided in the app ?

No, as a User, you can only select a vehicle that is shown in the available options. If you are an administrator, you can add different types of vehicles from the Admin panel, which will be available to your users.

What are the different payment options that are supported by the app ?

The app currently supports PayPal, Braintree and Cash option. There’s even a Wallet feature from where you can load money onto it and then use it to pay for your future trips. Other options will soon be added in upcoming versions.

Can i make a booking at a later scheduled time ?

Yes, the app lets you schedule a booking at a later time on the same day or at a later date. The minimum threshold time for scheduling a booking in the future is 30 minutes.

Can i make more than one booking simultaneously with the same account ?

No, you are only allowed to make one booking at a time. After you finish your trip you can make another booking.
