The user will be shown the category of cars example SEDANS, SUVs, Hatchbacks (you can create these categories on the admin panel) on the app and under which all the cars are listed respectively. When a user selects the category, the request will go to each driver with a car in that particular category. Once he accepts, the user’s ride will be confirmed.

You need to have Android version 5 or above to install and use the app.
Is it possible to install the app on iOS ?
Yes there is a version for iOS as well. You need to have iOS 8 or above to install and use the app.
What if the driver is unable to find your location ?

Can i order a vehicle other than that which is provided in the app ?
No, as a User, you can only select a vehicle that is shown in the available options. If you are an administrator, you can add different types of vehicles from the Admin panel, which will be available to your users.
What are the different payment options that are supported by the app ?
The app currently supports PayPal, Braintree and Cash option. There’s even a Wallet feature from where you can load money onto it and then use it to pay for your future trips. Other options will soon be added in upcoming versions.
Can i make a booking at a later scheduled time ?
Yes, the app lets you schedule a booking at a later time on the same day or at a later date. The minimum threshold time for scheduling a booking in the future is 30 minutes.
Can i make more than one booking simultaneously with the same account ?
No, you are only allowed to make one booking at a time. After you finish your trip you can make another booking.
